Area 51 buys vintage furniture and estates. If you have vintage or estate furniture that you think we would be interested in, please e-mail our buyer.
The e-mail should be sent to info@area51seattle.com and should include the following:
1. Digital images of the piece.
- Try to get photos of any distinct qualities such as labels, signatures, marks, scratches, cracks, etc.
- Please do not send high resolution images.
- If you do not have access to a digital camera, please scan your photos and send them as an attachment.
2. Please include as much information as possible in the e-mail.
- Origin: name of the piece, manufacturer, designer and date.
- Condition: note whether the item is in mint condition, damaged, dented, scratched, refinished or reupholstered.
- Story: All vintage pieces are unique, and many have a great story behind them. Feel free to tell us where you go it, how long you've had it, or any other interesting information you'd like us to know.
3. Include your name, phone number and asking price in the e-mail.
